At the time of my visit I noticed that the posted phone number was not working, this is apparently due to a temporary glitch. If you are buying precious metals, you should consider buying with cash. There is a thin margin on these purchases, and credit or debit cards (fees) will not allow the seller to keep the costs close to spot price.

I've had a disappointing experience with the management at Action Pawn. There is a flagged note on…read moremy account that's preventing me from pawning firearms, and despite repeatedly asking for help or clarification, the managers have been unprofessional and unwilling to assist or explain how the note can be resolved or removed. I pawn rifles and guns regularly and have done business with multiple pawn shops, including Cash America, without any issues. However, because of this unexplained flag at Action Pawn, I'm now no longer allowed to pawn firearms there, and management refuses to offer any real support or solution. I understand policies exist, but customer service matters. Being shut down without clear answers or help is frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better communication and accountability from management.

As we went in we weren't greeted by any person but we were greeted by Spanish music blasting. It was so loud we couldn't hear each other but that didn't stop us from shopping and looking for something to buy. We shopped the jewelry counter and I saw an Xbox controller I thought my son would like so I looked up to make eye contact with the female employee who wasn't helping anyone. She looked down and ignored me. We moved closer to the front and my wife spotted an industrial table saw that we decided was a good deal, again I looked for help and again the female made eye contact from across the counter but scurried away, now with a mop in her hands. Finally my wife had been looking for a carry bag so I told her she should just buy one. She leaned forward to get a better look at them and finally the female employee came to speak to us...but she didn't ask us if we needed help, instead, she said, "excuse me" and started mopping under my wife's feet! I can't believe how rude these people were to us. I had at least $500 burning in my pocket and I left without spending a dime. My wife commented to me that the lady was rude and the lady laughed at us as we left the building. I will NEVER spend my money at this pawn shop and we just bought a house down hwy 90 from here so it's a shame. Goodbye!
