I ordered 4 Al Pastor street tacos with everything. 2 bucks each is quite good. They come on two 4" corn tortillas and are filled. The flavor of the Al Pastor is quite nice. I add the green salsa they provide for a nice kick and their jalapeños are not like the ones you get at the store. They have a bite. It took about 10 minutes but well worth the wait. Great stop.

Asada and Al pastor are my go tos and both meats are incredible. They include limón, zanahorias en escabeche (pickled carrots), and a roasted Serrano with their tacos. The zanahorias en escabeche are the best I've ever had. Same with their salsa verde (creamy Serrano salsa). Less than a 5 minute wait every time I go, and I go often. Very friendly and great staff. 10/10 experience. If you like street tacos this is the truck to go to.

Regular price for each taco is $2-2.75, or 50 cents more with cheese (which I recommend getting). They are piled high with wonderfully cooked meats. They don't griddle their quesa tacos here nor dip them like other places, and while different it does work. This was one of the better al pastor tacos I've had in the metro, pork with a flavorful red marinade. Service was friendly and communication easy with the daughter. They cook everything fresh so they aren't particularly fast. But they do give you a buzzer so you can wait in your vehicle. This truck is a great option in the area and potentially a hidden gem. I'm looking forward to trying more of their menu.

I was surprised and disappointed considering the glowing reviews this truck gets. Tortillas also were not freshly made, but had just enough sear for my liking. Workers sure were swatting a lot of flies with the door wide open. But they were friendly folks. Tacos may be only $1.25, but there are better places at the same price point not too far away.
