We asked for a refill and of chips and they gave us more free of charge! We couldn't let any of that queso go to waste! For tacos, I went with the steak chimichurri and carnitas. I could have eaten four of each, to be honest! The steak chimichurri is topped with grilled onions, green leaf lettuce, house-made chimichurri sauce, and pico de gallo. The carnitas is topped with cotija cheese, pico de gallo, and locally sourced micro-greens. Both extremely flavorful and tender!
