I went in for a take out order for dinner. There was about 3 customers seated at the bar and in the dining area. The staff was decent. The gentleman (looked like a manager) who assisted me was nice. He took my order with no issues. I sat at the bar to wait for my food. The tequila selection was ok. The bartender never greeted me or took my order. The same manager helped me. when we arrived, we were seated quickly and was brought salsa and chips. the salsa was okay in my opinion but we ordered queso, birria tacos, and grilled chicken enchiladas. the food was pretty good. the refried beans did have an odd after taste. the birria tacos were delicious and super tender and flavorful. same goes for the rice. i enjoyed the grilled piece of onion on the side. the grilled chicken enchiladas was good too. overall, it was a good meal. it doesn't anything amazing but still satisfied after the meal. the staff were super friendly and our server checked in on us frequently. i would come back to try other items on the menu. read more

My husband and I love el burrito. Very good food and always excellent service. But today was very disappointing. My husband got the special that was listed on the board and our waitress rang his food up as full price. When we asked the waitress about it, she said "when it's a special, you're supposed to tell me about it. That's how I know it's a special". she didn't adjust the price of the food and basically told us it was our fault for not telling her what the specials were even though shes the employee. YAY! I was craving some comfort Mexican but had my pup with me. I called ahead to see if the patio was "dog friendly" and it is! I get the impression that they're cool with it as long as the pup is well behaved. So we set up shop in the corner and I sipped on my margarita, enjoying the cooler weather while sneaking my pup some chips Staff was wonderful and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing them with my "crazy dog lady" request. I was super hungry when I showed up and not even that made me finish my food. It was disgusting and it's crazy cause I never ever leave my food at restaurants, but I had to at this one. I ordered the Texan nachos (shrimp, chicken and steak) and in my opinion its such a simple dish and they still managed to mess it up. Bland food & thick cheese on my nachos. I genuinely love this place. With Mexican resturants and 5aco trucks aplenty, it's actually rather hard to find really good Mexican. El Burito is outstanding. Everything is well seasoned, not loaded with salt, and flavorful. I have yet to eat anything on the menu that wasn't fantastic. Heck, even their kids chicken nuggets are amazing. Only full service Mexican near us. Love their Fajitas. Always fresh and hot and delicious. We most greatly order in. So it's easy to pickup and go. They use the Toast app for ordering. I was a little confused with it at first but soon used it like a pro. Just one heads up. The toast app will tell you your dinner will be ready in 45 minutes. But normally unless they are swamped. It is ready in 15 minutes. So go early for pick up and enjoy the surroundings. read more

Service was absolutely fantastic. My friend & I had Brenda serve us. She's fast & friendly & has a beautiful smile. She makes a very mean strawberry margarita that had me in tears it was so good! What else had me in happy tears was my Carnitas dinner plate. Soooo delicious I'll be back! What didn't have me in tears was the salsa & chips. I squeezed some lime juice in the salsa & made it better. And the chips needed to be warmed up or tossed out & get fresh. I must add my friend & I did get there just after 8:30 tho. So really I wasn't expecting just made fresh. But warmed up in the microwave would have been fine. And I don't want to forget I ordered a cheese enchilada on the side. Ordered my food for pick up and was told it would take 20 minutes. 45 minutes later I still didn't have my food. Then my husband order Quaso for my chips and paid $4.77 and they did not put it in our bag. The rice was over cooked and the staff was rude. I use to love this place but since the moved across the parking lot to the new building they have been giving very poor service. I am truly disappointed with my experience. read more

Came out sizzling and the tortillas are on the side wrapped in foil. Chips and salsa are good, but SKIP the guacamole. Crispy chips and salsa were quick to arrive.The fajitas for 2 were some of the best my hubby and I have ever had. They came with a plate of beans n rice, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and a dollop of guacamole and sour cream for each of us. We shared the huge pile of chicken and peppers and onions and each had a pack of 3 soft tortillas as well. We ordered a bowl of shredded cheese and put it in top of the sizzling chicken.
