Not my thing but the Canadian men especially love this night. When there is live music/a band playing on the weekends it's always epic good vibes. It's kinda divey but they have the best live music on the beach & incredible fresh food. The drinks are strong & the service is great. Every day around sunset, the BBQ is smoking, the sun is setting over playa Principle's lighthouse & the sailboats that have anchored there for the night, right off the beach. They gently float in the surf where the surfers are getting in their last rides of the day. Just epic stunning views. The complete side facing the ocean is open to the beach. You get the breeze, ocean surf and sea salt smell, and adequate sun. The restaurant is protected from the sun and elements. I could literally sit here all day, however I didn't notice any receptacles to plug in and charge. I also don't know if they have WiFi here. There is an adjacent hotel that is part of the establishment which I'm sure is nice for the guests that stay here.

We stayed in a suite, which looked a bit more spacious in the photos, so that was a small disappointment. There were also a few bugs and small critters (mosquitoes, crickets, lizards), but considering the off-grid, jungle-meets-beach vibe, it's understandable. Overall, it was a great stay -- beautiful setting, perfect location, and easy access to food, the beach, and town.
