Tacos y cervezas!

Such a great food truck AND adjoining cantina! We ordered tacos, which were tasty and well-made. The owner chatted with us and made us feel like family. The little cantina next to the truck is cozy and welcoming. We love this place!

We were fortunate to try this food truck out today-the first day Francisco opened the super cute cantina! We sat in a comfy booth with our dog right next to the wide open garage door which gave the cantina a great open air vibe. The Cadillac margarita and Pińa Agua Fresca were both excellent drinks. Our favorite things we ordered were the Chile Relleno and the Esquites which came with fun flaming Cheetos on top eventually making the whole cup pink. Would order both of these again! Also tried some street tacos which were ok but a bit dry.. some salsa and/or pickled veggies would be a good addition. Francisco the owner as well as his new cantina server were both friendly and quick with service but we especially enjoyed talking to Francisco and hope this spot gets many customers! We'll definitely be back next time we drive through GP.

Hands down one of the BEST food truck experiences we've ever had! El Callejón is the real deal. From the moment we walked up, the owner greeted us like family -- seriously one of the kindest, most genuine people you'll ever meet. His customer service was next-level... you can tell he takes real pride in what they do, and it shows. And the food? Incredible. His wife is the mastermind in the kitchen, and every single bite was packed with flavor. You can taste the love and tradition in every dish. It's that kind of food that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate how good it is. This isn't just a food truck -- it's a full experience. We'll absolutely be back, and next time we're bringing more friends. Can't recommend El Callejón enough!

What a wonderful accidental find! Francisco and Margarita are wonderful people who have a passion for the delicious food and drink they bring to Grants Pass. It feels like you have entered your loving family members home when you enter their new cantina located next to their spotless food truck! The food was wonderful. The margarita delicious! Everything is clean and comfortable. Such a positive experience!

I dug into already but great asada tacos! Mucho Delicioso

They absolutely did not disappoint. I ordered the Chasu Pork Belly tacos, and honestly they may be the best tacos I've ever had. The pork belly is slow cooked and then pan seared, giving it a rich, savory depth with just the right amount of caramelized texture. The shredded cabbage and pickled red onions add a fresh crunch and brightness that balance the richness perfectly. Sweet pops from the seared corn salsa, along with scallions and toasted sesame seeds, add great layers of flavor. What really brings it all together is the sriracha garlic lime aioli and chasu reduction, which add just the right mix of citrus, spice, and umami. The impressive part is that you can taste every ingredient individually, yet each bite comes together as one perfectly balanced taco. If you're at the Phoodery, don't skip these tacos.

Owner and chef William Snyder is a serious mycologist and local mushroom hunter who forages for the seasonal treats. He deep fries them in a delicate tempura batter and serves them with pickled onions, a siracha sauce on the side and lotus root chips. This is a "don't miss" dish with a presentation worthy of a white tablecloth big city restaurant. Wow!
