The shredded cabbage and pickled red onions add a fresh crunch and brightness that balance the richness perfectly. Sweet pops from the seared corn salsa, along with scallions and toasted sesame seeds, add great layers of flavor. What really brings it all together is the sriracha garlic lime aioli and chasu reduction, which add just the right mix of citrus, spice, and umami. We also tried their potato salad, coleslaw and macaroni salad for the sides. Generally the meats were good (not the best). Tri-tip was over cooked, kalua pork too salty for my taste.
