Don't waste your money here! The flowers arrived on a Friday and were beautiful the day they were delivered. The next day they started to droop and die. By Monday they were completely dead. My $10 flowers from the grocery store look far better to date and are 2 days older. Not only were the flowers bad, the lady I spoke to said she would check into my order to see what she could do and said she'd call me back after Talking to her manager to see if there was anything she could do. I had to call back and leave a second message before she returned my call. After we spoke the second time, she said her manager wasn't there and she didn't known if she could do anything. I am really not that picky, but I think the bouquet should have lasted longer than 3 days. I'm very disappointed with this bouquet and the customer service from this shop. They did instruct me to contact Telefloral to see if they can do anything. read more

My mom is such a sweetheart and she said she liked them but she felt bad that I paid so much for them. Thanks for ripping me off on Valentine's day flowers for my mom. Husband had special ordered Freesia for a flower arrangement for me because he knows I love how they smell. He had asked for pink or red freesia, but got white ones that didn't even have any scent. The arrangement was pretty, but filled with small roses, and other flowers and was maybe 10% Freesia. The biggest downer was there was NO FRAGRANCE to the flowers! It was like buying cheap roses from Walmart! I don't know what kind of moron florist thinks someone just wants boring white freesia that don't smell in an arrangement when the things were SPECIAL ordered and they were told that's why they were being ordered. Also, several of the flowers were already wilting and the freesia only had about 2-3 blooms open, so I don't know how they were stored prior to getting to the store, but less than a day after getting them, edges are already brown and unattractive and I'm unhappy I can't plant (lol) my face in that bouquet and take a deep whiff of Freesia. Luckily, we were able to return them, but if you're looking for nice smelling arrangements, make sure the flowers smell when you pick them up if that's what you're looking for in an arrangement. read more

My experience with El Camino Florist was wonderful! I had them deliver a Birthday bouquet to my Daughter-in-law for the second year in a row and I won't use any other Florist! I was able to pick the colors of the flowers and the flowers themselves! Wow! I picked purple and pink, roses and a mixture of other beautiful flowers. So easy. Horrible experience!! rude customer service from the owner and horrible flowers. Do not oder from this florist! I sent flowers to my friend for her birthday they sent dead flowers. When I called she told me they had to substitute flowers. They picked up the dead flowers and took them back but did not refund me. I called two more times for my refund and she couldn't tell me the date she refunded me but supposedly "did" had to call my credit card and let them know it was fraud. Huge mess. read more

Catherine was absolutely amazing to work with! She did the flowers for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding. My daughter-in-law had to coordinate from out of state for their wedding here in Carlsbad. Catherine exceeded what she wanted. The flower arrangements were even more beautiful than ever imagined. She made a beautiful floral halo with a matching bouquet for the bride. She carried the theme to the floral cake decorations and the groom's boutonnière. The floral arrangement for the arch was also spectacular! Catherine was so professional and kept us on track. She even called the cake caterer to make sure that they secured the cake properly for transport. She also called the arch rental place to make sure that the arrangement for the arch would fit. The wedding was on Sunday and even though the store is closed on Sunday, Catherine came in that day to put together our order, delivered the flowers, hung the arrangement on the arch and arranged the floral decorations on the cake. She also made sure that the floral halo fit the bride. What outstanding customer service! I am super picky and without a doubt, Catherine will be my florist for everything. She is that wonderful! Since I'm based in NY I had asked her to email the receipt over to me which was no problem for her. I called in the next day to make sure that the flowers were delivered and it was delivered promptly by 2:20pm the same day I ordered it. Great customer service and beautiful arrangements. Called in to confirm my order and the person I spoke with was incredibly rude to me, they displayed awful customer service! During the call, they were having trouble understanding me through the phone, that I can understand because of various reasons (bad service, etc.). What was not tolerable was when they outright blamed the challenges we faced on the phone on me, the customer. They showed no signs of patience or understanding. Chose this place based on the positive yelp reviews- especially liked the one that mentioned how the florist sent her a pic of the arrangement so she could see it. Ordered flowers for stepmom's birthday- $70 arrangement- she loves peach so I told the florist it had to be an all peach with a little white. Florist said she goes to the flower market everyday and wouldn't have a problem getting peach flowers. I live in AZ so had to trust they would put together what I asked for; unfortunately stepmom said the whole thing was bright orange. Florist had asked for my email address and said she'd email me a receipt which I never got (although they did start spamming me with their newsletter so I know she got my email address right). Never got a picture of the arrangement from the florist either- wouldn't say anyone went "above and beyond", would use a different florist next time! read more

My go to florist in the area! The orders are always well done and the orders are delivered on time. That said, over major floral holidays, order early. They max out quickly. When you're a smaller outfit, that can happen, but the service and sweetness over the phone make up for any issues. read more

I sent someone a $55 vase of flowers and they charge $12 for delivery. For a total of $72 they received a bouquet I wouldn't have paid more than $25 for at the grocery store. Come on, you're a local florist, you have to step up your game. At least add a service like calling the sender to make sure they confirmed receipt and satisfaction or a discount on next purchase. Arrangement was nice but looked nothing like the photo which had a full lush bouquet. I wouldn't paying extra to upgrade to premium as I paid $20 more thinking it would be worth it...not. For $73 with delivery I would have expected nicer, but was told by the lady when I called to question about if it was upgrade as it looked weak that a dozen roses is 60 bucks, I got 5 roses and 5 tulips and some carnations for $55 plus tax and shipping(73 total)...seems to me that 55 is close to 60 and I didn't even get a dozen roses??
