Everything until day of delivery was great. Website was easy to navigate as well. I found out via email the morning of delivery, that apparently Chula Vista is not within the scope of delivery for the flower shop, as it's too far. This was not indicated at all during the order process so was very off putting to hear day of for a Mother's Day arrangement. I am currently out of state for work and an unknown number was calling my cellphone, it was the delivery driver from a trusted florist that was sublet to take care of my order. The driver was going to deliver to the wrong address even though she read the proper address back to me over the phone. I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone walking her through finding the location of our home and verified delivery via camera and doorbell. When you're paying a premium price to have something done properly and this is the outcome, it was extremely disappointing. I will not be using four seasons flowers for any special occasion again, big let down on many levels. 5-10-2026: To the owner of the shop that just replied back to my review. I am not sure how much more clear I can make this to you, the CORRECT address was provided and everything was filled out appropriately on my end, I am not understanding why you are harping on the fact that this was an online order, if your operation doesn't have the capacity to accommodate this then don't offer it as a service. There is absolutely NO difference in placing an order in person, over the phone and or online. The "trusted" florist you decided to pawn this order off on still attempted to deliver to the WRONG address. Nothing about this was as a success and I cannot believe you have the audacity in a public platform to try and deflect the way that you are. I spent 10-15 minutes on the phone with an elderly delivery driver explaining to her very kindly, that wherever she was going was not the correct address, I am struggling to understand what about this are you not understanding? I am absolutely flabbergasted that instead of reaching back out in attempt to correct the issues, especially in a review, this is your stance. Your address is irrelevant when you're listed as one of the top rated florists in San Diego, if you didn't know, Chula Vista is 100% part of the city. Adding photos for context, maybe you want to rethink your "trusted" partnership approach. Pretty ridiculous again your take on things. Will NEVER be using your shop again and will be sure to spread the word to friends and family to steer clear of your establishment! Very funny that the florist is claiming this is the first email they received, my first communication to them was not the one they decided to include in their review, don't believe everything you read. The owner is incredibly defensive and does all that she can to deflect and spin any negative review to benefit her operation. Go and check yelp and google and get a kick out of it if you have time. The shop did an awesome job with my wedding flowers. They took my ideas and made them a reality. On the day of the wedding, they were on time and set up exactly as planned. I worked with LeeAnn in designing my ceremony bouquets and centerpieces. She was very nice, answered all my questions, and made the necessary changes for the wedding. The most memorable part of working with the shop was how nice, honest, and flexible they were. My wedding was in May, after the Tariffs took effect and changed the prices of flowers. They immediately informed me that the prices of the flowers were going to change. They were even nice enough to postpone my final payment to see if the tariffs would be postponed, in hopes I would pay a lower price for the flowers. This morning, July 26, 2025, my daughter and son-in-law brought me my birthday gift of Irises, in a Jane Austen vase, that they had previously purchased, at Barnes and Noble, in June. To say that I was floored is an understatement! It was perfect! My daughter knows that I don't like roses. I like irises. Our daughter gave the instructions to use irises as the main flowers. Anything else, they would choose. The staff matched the flowers in the vase to the flowers that were depicted on the vase! Perfect colors and design! From the very beginning, they were organized, helpful and had such wonderfully creative ideas. On the day of the workshop Anna arrived and was well prepared and ready to go. The bouquet looked NOTHING like what was asked for and showed on the picture. They said they can recreate the picture as closely as possible with the flowers that they have, and most important was the size and the shape of the bouquet, which they said they will recreate. Attached are pictures of what was supposed to be, and what was given. They charged $188 for this. It's a pretty bouquet, but NOT what was promised and definitely not worth almost $200. When brought to their attention, they gave attitude and basically said that's the best they could do. Also, the flowers barely lasted 2 days before they started to completely wilt and die. Just an all around disappointment. Expected way more professionalism and way better work from such a high rated place. read more
