We were looking for something better than fast casual, but also not a sit down place that would take 20 minutes to make our food. Los Potros hit that fine line and I was extremely satisfied. Their menu wasn't extremely long and they had multiple options for select food preferences. Service was incredible with very friendly staff who were very attentive. Plus you get complimentary Chips and Salsa which isn't always offered in every Mexican Restaurant. I ended up getting a Molcajete which was beyond incredible. The Molcajete was packed with Steak, Chicken, Shrimp and Fajita Veggies. The portion size was HUGE. Enough for 2-3 meals for myself and I eat decently large meals.
