The meat was cooked to perfection, the sauces were delicious and flavorful (lots of great options for sauces, too!), and the way they were put together for pickup was just right. I particularly appreciate how exceptional Manny's customer service is. We ordered online and he kept us in the loop through the whole process, letting us know when they were being prepared, when to pick up, and sending us pics of the food so we knew what was to come! The owner was there and he was very nice and appreciative that we supported his business. There was spicy and regular BBQ sauces and both were so delicious! The chicken meat is tender and juicy, and HUGE with the portions. Two pinchos and you're full! For me at least. I wish this food truck was open daily because there are random times during the weekday I crave their pinchos. Only open on certain days with limited hours. It's worth the drive from where I live.
