Every time, the main lady is not friendly and couldn't care less if you're waiting 5+ minutes for a table, waiting on a refill, waiting for Togo box, waiting to pay...all of which with the restaurant empty...this lady does not care. This is just the icing on the cake. Draft beer tasted watery and flat (didn't even finish), food lacks flavor, and just an overall horrible experience every time. The last time I left with horrible stomach pain I've never had before. To be honest, I haven't had Mexican food since because of it. Very disappointing place.

This isn't the first time I've had issues using the ordering option via YELP. I ordered & received my order confirmation email with the correct order but no address listed. It went downhill from there. DosBros tried to contact me to ask if I wanted vegetables along with the meat. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. There were no vegetables listed to select. There was an option to select the type of meat. I also saw option for extra meat. I later received another call from the delivery guy. I didn't answer that call either but I decided to call him back. He explained the restaurant attempt to fix this issue but he had already delivered it. The next issue was the delivery guy didn't deliver to our address. I called him back. He went back to see if it was still there. I went back into the app to see what address was listed. It was delivered to my neighbor and it was still sitting at her door. This is the third time ordering from the Yelp app with major issues. The first time I ordered from a downtown restaurant. I didn't get that order. I called and that restaurant didn't use Grubhub. I called Grubhub to get a refund. I tried to contact YELP but there was no contact number or email address. In the past, I've had other issues in Yelp and attempted to contact them but couldn't. Second time, I ordered and never got the order. It was delivered to the wrong address. Yelp application needs work lots of it. Either they need to use the app as intended originally or clean up the app to allow the customer to have a better experience. I want to say DosBros in East Ridge did a great job. The Meat I got for 5 meals was delicious and more than expected plus it was so favorable. They deserve their high ratings. I informed Grubhub of their great job and how they tried to correct this issue. If Grubhub's refund penalized you, please let me know. I will stop by the restaurant. My Driver was wonderful and went far beyond the call of duty. I told Grubhub how great he was. They gave me a refund but I wanted to make sure he got his tip. I wished I had extra cash to give him. He certainly earned it. If I could give Yelp a rating, it would be 1.

This was our first time here but most certainly not our last. We have searched high & low in Chattanooga for a piña colada (my hubby's favorite).
