However, the items are subpar in quality and value. Over the years, I've been able to find a solid coat during the winter, seasonal home decor (candles, throw pillows, etc.), and journals/planners for myself and gifts for friends. No complaints with the customer service if I need to return something, and the lines are never too long. If you're reading this before January 3, 2026, everything must go so stop in to see they have anything while everything is an additional 30% off. This is their last week at this location.

There are great blue shopping bags in a variety of sizes. The emphasis is mostly dorm rooms and getting a student organized. They still have the wonderful Elfa closet items and kitchen items. I love the office supplies (Dollar Tree also carries the zippered envelopes). There used to be a larger variety of tiny items that could hold earrings, pins or pills. Now the selection is limited. The front display areas still have creative items for storage or fun. If you need clear storage bins for shoes, clothes and other treasures, there are varied sized. The large bag on wheels is great for groceries or other shopping. There is something for everyone.

If you break it down, it's cheaper than buying four bags of Reese's peanut butter cups that are under a pound. To make up for my indiscretion I also bought my dog a bag of dog treats, and I bought some healthy micro greens. It was super busy being two days before the holiday but I like how they come by and scan your card so when you get to the register, you show them your card and you're ready to go.

So I give 5 stars to Costco but probably 1-2 stars to the Tire center…read more If you're considering getting tires here, please search the reviews for "Tires" and see it is mostly 1 star reviews. That surprised me, because I specifically got my tires from Costco since I assumed the tire service would be as stellar as other parts of Costco (reliable, high-quality, good value). My tire installation took a while, they are busy, but my main issue comes later. The price seemed quite good and I like they use nitrogen. About 10 months after installing my tires, I had one tire have its sidewall damaged. I was alerted to this by TPMS during a road trip with family - not ideal time to have tire trouble. I drive a lot around DC for 10+ years, I've never had tire trouble, but I can't say if the fault was with the tire quality or if I just had bad luck with a pot hole or something. I had an expert help me put the spare on, and they noted that one of the lug nuts was crossthreaded, meaning the lug nut had likely been installed crooked or forced onto the stud during a prior wheel installation. That made it very difficult to get off the tire, and in fact the lug stud broke off while trying to get on the spare. Because the stud was damaged, I had to deal not only with the tire replacement but also a separate wheel-stud repair issue, which was costly. I called the tire center, they asked if I had brake pad work or something like since installation, and I had so I got off the phone. But I looked at my records and I only had rear brake pad work done which wouldn't involve the front tire being taken off and put back on, I believe (but obviously can't prove with certainty) that Costco was responsible for the lugnut cross threading. I write all this just in case anyone else has a lug nut issue like I did. I will get my tires from somewhere else in the future.

I was eye to eye with at least 6 employees and NONE of them spoke, offered assistance, or seemed to care about me being an actual paying customer. I saw that register one was open and didn't have any customers, so I proceeded to it. Instead of letting me know she wasn't open, I had to ask and the cashier said, "we are open, not ready for you yet." Rude and should've been handled much better, but whatever. I then head back to the line but another line opened up. As soon as I approach, the cashier said, "no, she's next!" Talking about the woman behind me. I said, "No! I'm next. I just went to register one and they're not open!" She apologized and said she thought I came the wrong way into the line. Now, why would I do that? I can clearly see where the line starts and ends and I clearly understand the concept of a line! That interaction was the icing on the cake. I won't be returning to this location.
