I have lived in this park since 2009, park has never been so well taken care of Rafael is doing an amazing job, he works so hard.

This rating is for the amazing work the new maintenance man Rafael has been doing! I have lived here for 26 years and have never seen someone work on the property as much as he does. Every time I see this man he is working hard cleaning up the property, even cleaning up the shrubs and brush off of Weddell! He's doing a great job keeping our park clean and is always friendly and has a smile on his face. Thank you Rafael for all your hard work because it does not go unnoticed. read more

This place is absolutely horrible to live in! The homes aren't kept maintained, when you try to call the office no one is ever there to pick up the call or help. The parking is horrible you can barely fit two cars and you can't park in the lot unless you are a guest, there is no parking anywhere near the mobile homes, when I am desperate of parking I park in the mobile home lot but get a big orange sticker on my window that is extremely hard to remove saying that if I park there again I will get towed away. All in all it this place has been the worst experience ever please save yourself the time and money and don't move here, they also increase the space rent every year we are now paying 2,000 in just the space, not even the mortgage included. read more

They have been doing updating on this property lately. They put a gym in the club house and has new management. They are also updating the streets. Past managers were ooo bad! Everyone dislike them so much that they started selling their homes and moving out. Now there are no homes for sale and everyone is happy. Love el dorado mobile home park!!! read more

New maintenance man who is married to the manager, was yelling in the street at a neighbor of mine. The neighbor evidently had arranged for large trash day, and he banged on her door and then yelled at her telling her to put the trash under her carport, which is not what we are supposed to do. When I went to the office I asked for the person from corporate that I needed to contact regarding this person. I called her phone several times over the last week and she never manages to answer. They don't really care obviously about their management team being abusive towards people who live here. read more

I have lived in this park for 7 years. The new manager is fantastic and very reliable. She has an open door policy and is eager to work with you. This park allows up to 2 dogs and there is now weight limit. You can also walk your dog in the park, That is not common in mobile home parks, so I am truly grateful for that. Yes, space rent has been going up but that is to be expected in this area. It is still less than rent on an apartment or townhouse. I love the area and the close proximity to the new Seven Seas Park, the John Christian greenbelt, Grocery Outlet, restaurants, etc. I am happy to be a resident here and have made some truly special friends here. I would highly recommend this park. read more

I have owned my manufactured home here at El Dorado for a little over 7 months now and I am so happy that I ended up buying here! New and previous managers have been wonderful to work with. This park is clean, neighbors are friendly and respectful, and the location is awesome. It's nice to see everyone taking such pride in their homes and space. From the moment I moved in, my neighbors have made an effort to introduce themselves and to greet me like an old friend when we pass walking our dogs. I always feel safe here, which I think is the highest selling point. I love this place! read more

This mobile home park is ridiculous... I have a friend who stays here and they have been nice enough to help me with a roof over my head.. I was woken up in one of the guest parking stalls rudely and with no personal skills whatsoever.. I was told to leave the property immediately.. when in fact I had a parking permit for the park.. I had come home from visiting my mom in Red Bluff, CA who has stage 4 stomach cancer.. in which I shared that with the manager and her maintenance guy as they were standing there together and neither one had any heart about it.. I was told specifically, "WE DONT GIVE A *#$% ABOUT YOUR MOM, YOU JUST NEED TO GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE OR THEY WERE GOING TO CALL THE COPS". For what?? Being tired and accidentally falling asleep. I pulled in about 5:30am and was just tired from the drive.. from being so tired I fell asleep in the spot.. now I could understand I'd I was told multiple times not to do this and I just had no care in the world, when in fact I had never done anything wrong nor had I ever caused any trouble.. After being approached and talked to like that I fired back.. they talked to me like I was some young punk kid that was a troublesome guest at the park.. I have kids probably as old as the two of them.. this park is no good.. they only want to target things that make themselves look good in front of the other mobile home residents.. this experience should of been handled much more professionally.. And if I'm not mistaken isn't it against hiring policy to have people working together let alone in the front office to be related or married?? These two are.. one or both needs to disciplined and or fired.. I will be contacting my attorney and there will be action.. it may just not go anywhere but the fact that I would like to stop it from the next person to happen to i have done my job as a citizen.. So let me ask a question, "so if I live there and I fall asleep in my driveway am I going to be treated the same way"? This park sucks.. it's no good.. I would highly suggest that you look at a different park to live in.. Feel free to contact me.. I will not hide my face.. I did nothing wrong.. My Mom has lived in this park for almost 30 years and it has gone down hill with each passing year. Management lacks communication and people skills. She would be better suited for employment that doesn't require contact with people. If you're over 50, quiet and pay your rent on time ... you can expect to be harrassed. Under the same age and management will let you get away with anything ... I think she's intimidated by anyone that will stand up to her. Get a clue, Lady ... you manage a mobile home park, not the United States! Life is so much more enjoyable with a kind heart! read more

This is a friendly family mobile home park. The grounds are kept up by all residents and management. The staff is wonderful and welcoming. Joe is always happy and knows mine and my son's name as we walk the complex. He is very sweet and is always working to help residents. He has a loud voice so you can hear him clearly over his cart. Which I appreciate, because I am loud as well. His wife Christine is the manager in the office. I visit the club house 4 times a week and she greets me by name. She is very sweet and is always asking me how my day is going. This team is awesome. Residents have to remember that they only enforce the rules of the park. NOT make them. It is a corporation and I think residents forget that. As long as you adhere to the rules of the park. You will definitely love living here. read more

The rules are ridiculous and there is no parking at all. Even you have a permit they still tow you. Think twice before deciding to live here. It's not good if you have more than two people that can drive (kids). This place is good for loners and people who doesn't have anyone (family or friends). Dont ever believe in the positive reviews. It's all bullshit. read more

We have lived here for 18 years. It has been difficult at times for sure but the last manager set - Lisa and Burt - FINALLY whipped the park into shape, getting residents to follow the rules - FOR ONCE, and the new manager set - Chris and Joe, were hand picked to carry on the formula for success. There will always be those in the neighborhood who feel downtrodden but all you have to do is follow policy and procedures to find harmony and and happiness. Chris and Joe, please keep up the great job you are doing!!! read more

I've lived here for over 10 years and the park is ok. The management and the company that owns the property are jerks. the management are not at all friendly or happy. They are just seem bitter and jaded. I'm sure there are better parks to live at. read more
