There was zero pressure to buy and a great education about what I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process and quite charming in his demeanor. That number is not likely to grow, given restrictive zoning laws and the prohibitive cost of building new parks, meaning the supply is static, even as demand for cheap places to live is high. REGARDLESS OF THESE FACTS: DO NOT TRY TO RENT A SPACE IN RIVER GLEN MOBILE HOME PARK. You will be treated as if you are the least important person in the world. I have never dealt with such an I-don't-care attitude before. If you're even thinking of renting a space here, be prepared to be kept waiting for days and days and days while your application is being "reviewed." These people have no regard for the people who apply -- and all the applicant wants is to find a place to live, a home. If you can live anywhere else, do it.
