Glad we did. We love playing pool so we were happy to find this spot. We went on a Wednesday night and it was packed - only one table. But we did arrive at like 1030pm, so after we arrived some tables cleared out. Still a decent number of patrons. Quarter tables ($1 a game). Tables are decent, balls and cues aren't well kept, but it was alright. A couple of times the balls didn't drop, so we had to call the bartender. Patrons are mostly local, some tourists - mostly a younger crowd. No trouble, most kept to themselves. Beers are decently priced - no smoking allowed inside. We had a good time. The only thing I personally didn't like was the music was SO LOUD!! They could have turned it down a notch - it's not a night club!! But I'm kind of an old lady sometimes, lol. Will definitely return if we stay in the area again on our next visit!

We went out to dinner and as we were walking amongst the kiosk we found this bar where they were having karaoke. It gave us everything we needed for a thursday night to enjoy ourselves. We grabbed a seat, had a couple of shots, a couple of beers and watched people sing. We spent our entire night there and we were amongst the people closing down the place. If you stick around long enough you will get a show!

The Reef Bar or should I say, The New Reef has the kind of vibe you dream of when visiting Puerto Rico. Not only do they serve traditional Puerto Rican Cuisine, but the restaurant has Outdoor seating with incredible Ocean views. Unfortunately, the view also includes the trash below. I think the restaurant would really benefit from having it cleaned. We only stopped by for appetizers, but wow what a treat. My husband and I shared an Octopus Salad and Arepas. It was beautiful inside and the service was amazing. The bar tender Patiently spoke about the entire speak easy and even gave us a grand tour. Definitely a Unique setting. A Hidden Gem in Puerto Rico…read more I am so shocked by how much I loved this speakeasy bar! Vegabundo Social truly exceeded my expectations. It wasn't a busy night when we went, but the vibe was still incredible--and a big part of that was thanks to the bartender, K. He's seriously amazing! Not only does he know how to make great drinks, but his personality and conversation skills really made the night. K even gave us an awesome tour of the entire bar, which has some of the coolest rooms I've seen, including a super private space with a pole in it. Let me just say, I so wish I had known about this beforehand because it would've been perfect for my husband's birthday. Next time, for sure! The fact that it's also a hostel blew my mind. They have shared rooms, a pool, and overall such a cool setup. It's way bigger than you'd think from the outside, especially considering it's tucked away off the highway. If you're visiting Puerto Rico, you HAVE to check this place out. Great service, amazing people, good drinks, and an unforgettable vibe. Douglas' Pub was so much fun!!…read more After a long day of hiking we just wanted a night out for drinks and some pool. Some friends recommended us this place so we decided to go. This is not a fancy place. It's a small spot with a couple pool tables upstairs and a very crowded bar downstairs. We mostly have beers and different shots. The jellyfish shot is a MUST!! (See video). It's an experience for sure. After making it look like actually jellyfishes they set it on fire and you drink it... WHILE ON FIRE. Would totally come back and try mojitos!!
