I love having a Mexican restaurant near by that serves plenty of food. Love their cheese dip and salsa!

What a neat concept…read more The Pork Belly Mojo was amazing. It was so tender and succulent. I had the Royal Cap, which was so tender - even more marbled than the ribeye. It was super. My daughter had the steak tacos and they were great with a really good red cabbage slaw. We poured the remaining Mojo Sauce on the steak tacos. There were also three Different dipping sauces, a horseradish ranch, a remoulade type sauce and a bourbon bbq sauce. In addition, as you are cooking your food you have a variety different salts/seasonings you can use that were really good. The atmosphere is interesting - the location is tucked away in a very industrial area. We were taken care of very well as far as service. Definitely want to check this place out.

Some of the wait staff was new and learning how to bring hot lava rocks to tables, and they were all very professional. We hope they keep working here, they'll be great. We all ordered hot stone steak, and the table ordered to share the sides of carrots, brussels sprouts, lobster mac and cheese, and mushrooms. The mushrooms were amazing and my favorite, my wife and parents loved the lobster Mac and cheese, but all 4 were delicious and we would order them all again (I despise brussel sprouts yet these were not terrible, and the family loved them). The steak stole the show, coming to your table perfectly crusted but rare on the inside and had a nice salted exterior. Then each patron can cook it to their desired level right on their lava stone. The table has 4 different salts, my favorite by far was the chipotle. But the steak was excellent without it as well. No real fat, it's all cleaned off, soft, juicy, flavorful, just plain excellent. As some at the table learned, a good rule of thumb is that all the seafood is cooked when it arrives so get it off your hot stone quick or it will keep cooking. You can always reheat it on the stone off it gets cold while eating steak and sides. But I stick to the steak. I put the carrots, mushrooms, and french fries on my hot stone to reheat and add some nice char to the mushrooms, just perfect. Only thing I wasn't really impressed with was the fries, they were ok but lacked the flavor profiles of the other sides. Didn't have room for dessert but the pound cake sounded great.
