El Guero is battering and frying up fish and shrimp and busting em out wrapped in a gray piece of paper to soak up some of the oil. You then dress them yourself. Cabbage, pico the gallo, mayonnaise, lime juice and this delicious yet VERY spicy habanero salsa that burns but keeps you wanting more. I could easily put 5 or 6 of these down no problem. The beans are rich and flavorful, and the carnitas are absolute perfection. My personal obsession is their spicy salsa. It is no joke. I slather it all over my tacos and love the burn, but fair warning: it is seriously hot and not for the faint of heart. Drinks are just as good. The cantaritos, micheladas, and clamatos are always served up ice cold, perfect for beating the Tecate heat.
