El Guero is battering and frying up fish and shrimp and busting em out wrapped in a gray piece of paper to soak up some of the oil. You then dress them yourself. Cabbage, pico the gallo, mayonnaise, lime juice and this delicious yet VERY spicy habanero salsa that burns but keeps you wanting more. I could easily put 5 or 6 of these down no problem. You can get in the form of a taco or quesataco, a taco that had a cheesy outer shell, and you can add consomeé, the meat juice you dip your tacos in. Con todo, you get beans, onions added and let me tell you that's what you want. I ordered both the tacos and quesataco and added the consomeé with meat. The quesatacos came with meat, beans, onions, cilantro all on a cheese covered handmade corn tortilla. Add some marinated onions ( careful they had habanero pepper for a kick) and you're set. The tacos are your typical street taco, but the tortilla was so soft and fresh, unlike sometimes you get them chewy like they've been sitting around all day. I have never had tacos taste so good ever. Everything from the meat to the tortilla, the flavors are unforgettable.
