Homemade salsas and fresh chips sure, but the chile rellenos are an absolute star! It's not a complex dish but when skillfully prepared and seasoned, standby by for a taste of Heaven. Refried beans are exceptionally well seasoned with subtle flavor, I swear I could taste a little epazote presence and they were very good. Not your average beans from an average place. She said they were delicious! It came with 4. She took two home. My sister in law got a small margarita and taquitos. She said they were really good. The quesadilla suprema is probably one the best veggie quesadilla I've ever had, stuffed with sautéed onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms and lightly topped with a creamy cheese sauce.
