They encouraged us to sample numerous flavors and also gave recommendations and reviews for flavors, combinations to try, etc. I ended up getting the waffle cone with Coconut and Rafiello. It was amazing! All the flavors we sampled were fantastic. They also have some sorbet, and sugar free yogurt (substituted with agave). I highly recommend trying the Basil and Green Apple flavors. Muy bien! On a side note, my girlfriend Jessica fell in love with some of the little coffee cups and dishes they had. She instantly offered to buy a set and the staff was a little unsure at first but they agreed to sell them. Owner, if you're reading, don't be upset with them! It was very kind of them to do so and my girlfriend is so appreciative! I was so wrapped up in the excitement of this bubble waffle and my taste buds were ascending to heaven, that I forgot my backpack. We didn't go very far (to the tequila room next door), but Alex (I think it was Alex) came running after us a few minutes later to find us. Really great people, and awesome tasting dessert choices.
