All in all this is a nice, convenient and affordable service for the city.

What Needs to Happen 1. Immediate re-striping--grind off the old markings and apply high-visibility thermoplastic. 2. Targeted repaving in the worst segments (e.g., southbound near Rose Hills Rd.). 3. Smart signage--overhead dynamic message boards warning of upcoming lane shifts and construction exits. 4. Dedicated truck lanes during peak hours to separate big rigs from passenger vehicles. You call and you schedule in advance and sometimes you get a pick up sometimes they are booked! But if you call dispatch the same day you might get lucky with someone else cancelling their ride. So getting a pickup or return is about 50/50 It's a buck a ride if your not a senior. The vehicles are ok...somewhat clean. They pick you up on time for the most part. The drivers are ok...we get picked up by several different drivers...some are really cool and others seem like the really don't like their jobs. Same when you call reservation or dispatch...not very friendly or eager to provide good customer service over the phone. Overall...it's your last option for a ride..your better off calling Uber or walking.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked a Round trip, 4 passenger shuttle from LAX to a…read moreneighboring-Disneyland-hotel and back because they offered carseats and we didn't want to bring one. The morning of our flight we found out that our flight got cancelled (while we are already at the airport), and that we had been moved to a later flight 3 hours later. I notified the driver of our shuttle soon after we had ironed out our new flight details. I received no response from the shuttle company until we landed in LAX in which I received a text from the driver stating that due to the delay and other conflicting reservations, he would not be able to pick us up right away. We would either have to wait another 2 hours or cancel the pick up and receive a refund (understandable). At that point we were done waiting and I decided to cancel the shuttle from LAX to the hotel and receive a refund. We ended up renting a car and a car seat. During our entire 3 day vacation in Anaheim I tried to contact the company to confirm my cancellation and receive my refund. I emailed, texted, and left voice messaged but got no response. I called the number provided on their website but no one ever answered the phone. I have yet to receive a confirmation email from godisneylandshuttle stating that they will be issuing me a full refund. It doesn't seem like they want to give me back the money I paid for a service that I never received. THIS IS FRAUD.
