They had donuts too and they were not that great either but maybe that is how they like them in Mexico? I also had a snowball cookie thing that reminded me of hostess snowballs. I did like them enough to go back and grab a bunch for my coworkers on the way out. It was super cheap too. My box of goodies was about $4 american.

We made the drive out to grab one of their pies to bring back and try. I was impressed they had 8 different types of pies the day we came. The staff was really nice and answered all our questions. We ended up getting their Summerberry Apple pie which was an apple pie with all sorts of berries in it. It was absolutely insanely delicious. It was perfectly sweeten, had the perfect filling to crust ratio, and the crumble on top was heavenly. It was a hit with our friends back home and highly addicting. I recommend it. Besides their popular pies they also had cinnamon buns, cookies, sweet and savory pastries. I did also get a blueberry scone which was alright but I probably wouldn't get again. California Mountain Bakery also has a full food menu which carries items like sandwiches. The restaurant is pretty large. You order at the register and they'll call you when its ready.
