They also include 2 slices of radish and a slice of cucumber on the side, which is a welcoming touch to "reset" the palate. I always get the Al Pastor nachos.. SO GOOD. The meat is full of flavor and also has small chunks of pineapple infused in it, which adds to the flavor and authenticity of Al Pastor. Along with the meat/pineapple combo, the tortilla chips are topped with a very small amount of beans (enough to add flavor without being "intrusive") and just the right amount of lettuce, white onion, tomato and cilantro (all FRESH) as well as pickled jalapenos and cheese sauce, which I prefer over shredded cheese (personal preference though - someone else might not agree). All of these ingredients add up to a fantastic plate of nachos with enough to leave for a decent snack for later, and they are just as good later on as they are straight from the truck (which is awesome for a person like me who likes leftovers). The guys who run the truck are so friendly. Always smiling, always upbeat, and the prices are very comparable to other area food trucks. I am pretty sure my husband's tacos were 3 for 9.95 (or 3.50$ for a single taco but don't quote me on that - and I want to add here that they have other protein options such as ground beef, chicken, carnitas, adasa and Al Pastor) and I want to say my nachos were the same price (but again, don't quote me on that because I didn't take a photo of the menu board like whyyy). Completely worth it considering other places are in the same price range, even brick and mortar establishments, and this is the real deal so you really can't beat the value/price of what you're getting.
