The photo booth itself was a hit at my wedding. However, the service provided before and after my event was baffling. There was zero urgency to reply to emails, return phone calls or answer any planning questions I had leading up to the event. Each and every email I sent was followed up by a second requesting a response. As the client I felt as though I was an inconvenience. We purchased their largest package and even added their video service and was still given very poor service. It took about two months AFTER my event to be told there was no video even used in the booth. However, the only positive I do have of their service was the turnaround time in getting my digital version of all the photos taken at the event. Again, the photo booth itself was great... Which is disappointing that their service did not match up. read more

El Paso Photo Ops rocked my friend's wedding. It was really a really fun time!! I helped with all the planning, selection of vendors, and everything that goes with a wedding (I am planning mine this year!!). Anyhow, the way that El Paso Photo Ops conducted business was extremely professional from beginning to end. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company, and their service. And all of us at the wedding, simply had the time of our lives, greatly impart to having such a fun party idea, like the photobooth. The photo booth was very sleek and modern (which complimented our high end venue), their attendants were very professional, and the quality of images was just superb. .
