Great place! We had someone hooked up to the wrong utilities at our camp sight. Roadrunner RV fixed the problem immediately, making us and the current RV's next to us very happy. When I went in to store to purchase. I asked for help they pointed to location where item was plumbing fittings. A worker walk with me there but didn't help find pieces. After purchasing items I drove to RV and one piece didn't work. I went back to exchange and the owner of part store said I will not be able to exchange! Nothing he can do? Not even trying to help find other piece that will work. I don't recommend this location so be aware. read more

Repairing my RV. Went into parts dept. more than 3days, Not very knowledgeable personnel. Parts dpt. stocked very well but could not get attendant to search or suggest a similar part. Tried to explain what i was needing, just looked at me, said what ever I saw was whatever they had. They just sent me on my merry way. Store could use more aggressive and suggested selling, but most of all lack of customer service in the parts dept. read more

They were easy to call and make a reservation with. Right of the 10 interstate so convenient. Checked in after hours easily. Spots seemed well maintained. We stayed one night passing through and I can definitely recommend for that purpose. Did not see other amenities, but it does look like they are expanding. There was construction of new sites being worked on. It was not too loud for us but is a consideration if road noise bothers you. We would stay again. read more

Disappointed with their behavior towards me. I was spoken to very rudely. They claim I was warned multiple times over speeding in the park. The entire time I was there(2 months) I only spoke to one man ONCE! There's no way anyone can speed through there. All the RV's are packed like sardines. Secondly, you may want to build a playground instead of having the children play on the street where the cars drive thru. Another suggestion, leave a notice on the RV to ensure communication. Lastly, your free WIFI you offer, never worked. read more

Went for a part. The counter person offered no help with identifying the part. I picked one out and paid for it. Then the guy stamped the receipt saying "no returns". I don't mind paying twice what I can find the part online for since it is in stock but some service and maybe some kind of return or exchange if the part is wrong would be nice. I am traveling across the country and had to plan this leg of my trip. I picked this park because the pictures and reviews were good. Well, I get here and no one is in the office, everything is closed....the bathroom code doesn't work and the wi-fi was awful. It was not a good stop. read more

I just spent 10 minutes going round and round on the phone with this park. I was trying to find out about after hours policy, since it's getting late and we still have a few hours to go. I kept being told to give payment info and that receipt and map would be left for us. Explained several times that we just weren't sure if we'd make it that far, even though we'd like to and asked about after hours policy. Finally spoke with a manager, same thing... round and round. I said that I didn't want to make a no refundable payment since I'm not sure we'll get there tonight. No one could give me after hours info, just kept explaining how to prepay. I gave up! We'll go elsewhere. We were fulltime for a couple years, and still travel often... this was hands down the most frustrating conversation I've had with an RV Park. read more

This park is one of the best parks we have stayed at in the past month the bathrooms are clean the laundry facilities are reasonably priced, there is a cafe food is good and the staff is friendly. I would recommend that you stay here if you are passing through and need to stop and rest. read more

A convenient over night stop, easy access on and off the freeway. There a several places near by for dinning and shopping. The folks that run the place are friendly and helpful. The place is well looked after and undergoing renovations to add more spots with full hook-ups. There is a laundry facility that is clean and looks to be in good repair but we didn't use it. I only gave them four stars because of the excess of of dog poop that has accumulated over time most likely from a dog owner that lives on the property. read more

This was our first long distance trip in our RV, and we couldn't have ended up in a nicer place. The managers were friendly, helpful, vet-friendly folks, and the whole crew including the RV technicians were tremendously hardworking folks. If they weren't walking around checking to make sure that everything was working correctly for you, they were working on grounds maintenance and park expansion/improvement. No pool and no cable, so if you want to watch TV, you have to use antenna or the free WIFI. Great experience though. read more

We had a nice stay here. Everything is clean and well maintained. The park has no trees, it's basically a parking lot with hookups. Having said that, there is a maintenance and RV repair shop on site and a store! The guys were very knowledgable, friendly and helpful, we learned a few things from them. Patsy at the front desk is so friendly and helpful as well. This is one of those places when the people make all the difference. We will definitely be back. read more

Not what we expected. Should have read the reviews more carefully. This is like a parking lot with hook ups for rvs. Not a bush or tree in sight. It was quiet and clean. No picnic tables (not sure if there is room for one between sites) showers were old but clean with plenty of hot water. Has laundry room but I didn't check it out. Staff super nice. Good medium sized park, that was super clean (grounds guy is always hard at work), great WiFi (really helpful since we work from home), and the office staff were very helpful and kind!! It snowed and got below freezing while there, and their rv mechanic came out to our site and helped and realized it was a simple fix!! Will stay here again when passing through town!! My husband and I moved here on Sept. 2 2018. We were thinking about going to a different location that had the indoor pool and we were so happy with that. But talking to them was like they didn't really want us there. But then I contacted this location. Needless to say we will be here for 2 years and have truly picked the perfect location. Patsy and Doug are truly angels. They make sure your taken care of and the location is well maintained. We adore them both. If you are looking for a place to stay with a calm peace of mind and no one bothering you here is the place. Yes, there is only spots for your rv and no pool but to have management that care, clean location, security and peace of mind then sign me up. Keep up the great job Doug and Patsy. Right off the I-10 hwy. Sites are tight next to each other, but are pull through. Full hookups. Shower facilities are clean but dated. Near lots of restaurants and stores if needed. Office staff was helpful and was able to save site for late arrival. Just make sure to cal before 5pm to ensure they have your stuff ready. Laundry facility on site and open 24 hrs. Good spot for an overnight/passing through. read more

Roadrunner RV is a great little park in the heart of El Paso. We've staid at the park on two different occasions. Both times we've found all the facilities clean and functioning. The park is not an oasis of trees and green grass but that is very rare in El Paso--there is very little greenery in the area. Here is what sets this park apart: a fantastic staff that go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. They have a great little RV store and an experienced RV shop and repair facility. I found the staff very knowledgeable and they were able to resolve my repair issues quickly and at a very fair rate. If you need a quick place to stay off the freeway in downtown El Paso, this is the place. read more

Normally I only write positive reviews, and don't waste my time with poor reviews, but these two guys working the counter were arrogant and the customer service sucked. I stopped in to empty our tanks on a trip from Ca to Irving which I told the guys. I had to buy a part to hopefully wash out the tank as it seemed clogged. I bought the part with cash, walked to the RV to see about using it. The part was wrapped in after market twist ties. I undid the twist ties to find the part come apart in my hand. A plastic connector was broken. I actually took the part back into the shop, NOT TO RETURN the part but to see if we could fix it or use another one. Instead I showed them what happened and the questionable former military guy and the heavy set partner in unison said you broke it. I laughed because I was surprised I had not even told them what the sit was. Anyway they proceeded to tell me oh well carry on. Obvi they knew I was from Cali, in a rented RV, so they had no care to hope I would come back. Great first impression on a trailer park. Enjoy my 37.99 broken part. I guess I go the better because I was able to dump my crap on the hole it deserved " El Paso RoadRunner RV" Thankfully in California our soldiers treat others with a bit more respect.
