I had watched him on TV for years taking on the best pitmasters across America and it was an honor to meet him in person. I have been a backyard BBQ guy for over a decade but I learned so much in 6 hours that it motivated me to fire up the smoker all Labor Day weekend for carne asada, ribs and waygu steaks and next weekend I will attempt Harry's method for trimming, seasoning and cooking brisket. Not only did I learn a lot, the class re-energized me to really get back in to smoking meats again(and possibly purchase a Weber Smokey Mountain grill).

This is a class that everyone should take. In this class you will learn everything you wanted to know about BBQ from selecting your meats, trimming the meat (fat, etc) rubs, injections, sauces, times and temperatures of cooking, different woods smokers etc. different regions and styles of BBQ. There is so much more. You learn to love yourself and others. No matter what part of the world we come from we are all the same. Food is one of the best ways to bring everyone together as one. Throughout the class, you get to sample different items. Save room for the huge spread served at lunch. The leftovers are evenly boxed up for everyone to take home. Included in the class is lifetime technical support if you have any questions. You also keep your apron, class book, graduation certificate, leftovers, and a bag of rub for your homework assignment. I highly recommend this class for all. Harry is a genuine person, down to earth, and a funny guy. You will learn so much, enjoy some great food, and have great memories.

First the communication, its key when you have gathering, Saul is a great communicator from the initial pricing and scheduling all the way through the day of the event! The food is delicious, fajitas, tacos, sides of elotes, rice, beans, cilantro lime rice etc. delicious!!! My family loved the bread pudding, and the desserts! With the agua Fresca, my mom loves the pineapple, my favorite is horchata and the lime! Saul is my go to caterer, they have catered my Fiancé's 50th, my nephew's baby shower and our engagement party! ..... and more to come. Thank you Saul for your amazing culinary expertise! We hope to see you again soon!

I needed to feed 160 endurance athletes over the course of 5 hours during a race where they would be finishing at different times. It was at a campground, and I had volunteers on hand to handle the service. I just needed the deliverables. Saul immediately started giving me advice and at first I thought he was "mijo-ing" me. I very quickly realized that his advice came from decades of running a family business. This man was solving all of my problems remotely because his intention was to give good service for a party he would not attend. The food was ready for pickup on time and the guests loved it. Saul provided us with everything we needed for service. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent with multiple follow ups while I was busy organizing an event. Again, kudos for guiding me through this process and removing stress from my plate. I also loved meeting his family. Both of his sons were extremely polite and thoughtful. If I host again, I'm coming back to Saul.
