The owner clearly only chooses items that look like new, but then sells them at a price affordable to all. While this store has a lot of great furniture, they also have some really great accent decor. And what is really nice is that the owner supports other local businesses by selling their handcrafted items in her store. I heard the owner taking another customer's information so that she could try to find an item that they desired. This store is definitely a hidden treasure!

The salesperson assured us we would received the set within 5-6 weeks and we could expect an update from her as the order progressed. 5 weeks go by without any communication. We check in and the salespersons cannot tell us where our order is in the process. We asked how that was possible. We were told they don't know when fabric is shipped, delivered. We were curious how they had planned to keep us updated with information they apparently don't have themselves! Yesterday, 7 weeks after paying for half the cost, my husband went into the store and the salespersons could STILL not provide an update or ETA. Super frustrating and shockingly bad customer experience. Leaders is not the same as it was 10 years ago, or this location in Vero has poor service--not sure which is true but well not be back to find out. Today, we get a call that the fabric is back ordered and will be another 6-7 weeks before we'll get the furniture. Seems very interesting they didn't know this weeks ago when our order was in queue. Gwen and Dawn said they are not aware of where an order is at any time. This seems odd to me and not a good business model. Regardless of the cost, I do expect the business to know where my order is. At Leaders, it's expecting too much to be informed about your purchase in a timely manner. I have asked for a full refund. Honestly, if they had told us this 2-3 weeks ago we could have made an informed decision rather than continuing to plan our outdoor space--rug, tables and decor based on this beautiful lanai set w custom fabric. Leaders, I'm incredibly disappointed with all parts of this experience. We wanted to purchase all US made and high quality products and you let us down.

From couches and sofas to end table and recliners - along with tons of accent pieces - I ended up purchasing a complete dining room set. I'm waiting on color appropriate pieces to complete my newly renovated living room. Polite and friendly service - Jim and Nikki were very helpful in the selection process. Pouring through a bunch of photos on my smartphone, they were able to match a dining room set and other pieces. As for the living room, I found a great coastal unit - I'm just waiting on the "right" color. Delivery was as simple as requesting it and providing a home address. From purchase to installation, I waited three days. Jim and a helper - both wearing masks - delivered everything themselves and left no trash behind. A constantly changing inventory, Classic Furniture has a huge showroom across from the food court at the Indian River Mall on State Road 60. I went to check it out & was pleasantly surprised to see the exact 2 pieces I was looking for right on the floor. Nikki was very helpful putting my financial package together. I told her I needed a little time to be sure I was ready to make the purchase and told her I would be back soon. When I returned the 2 items I wanted were still there. I asked her if i could get the love seat & put a deposit on the recliner & come back in a week or two. She said yes that they would hold it for me. When I needed the delivery Jim stepped in and made it very easy and delivered it to me that same day! Inside the store you will find room after room crammed floor to ceiling with art, antiques, jewelry, collectibles, china, and furniture. You have to be careful as you maneuver because every surface contains a treasure. Prices were out of my budget but if you are looking for a certain item I am sure they have it. Their collection spans time as well as continents. I saw many items that I have only seen in museums like a German mustache cup. They have one they talk about on their tour at the St. Lucie Historical Society museum. It's a china cup with a built in lip to catch a gentleman mustache so it doesn't get wet when drinking coffee or tea. Even if you are only browsing it is like a museum in here. I loved my visit to Rennick's. You could easily get lost for hours. The staff was so sweet and welcoming too. If you have any interest in history or antiques then you will want to come here because this store is a wonderful place to time travel back to the finer things of the past.

This would be the place to come to get fine items appraised and to pick up things you'd never see at your local flea market.
