I ordered queso fundido, expecting it to be cheese dip with a bit or chorizo. It was actually the other way around: chorizo with a spoonful of cheese on top. It was surprising-very filling and tasty enough-and I liked that it came with three flour tortillas. But I don't think I'll get it again. Don't let that deter you, though. It's just my preference. It's made well and presented nicely, like everything here. Give it a whirl! I also ordered enchiladas Suizas. They came with a small guacamole salad and beans, which I swapped out for rice.
