They insist that's the recipe and even though I didn't eat the dish since all I can taste was super salty eggy cold pasta and honestly the most disgusting thing ever, they still charged us for it because they insisted that's how carbonara is made. The carbonara in Hotel Dolimiti across the street was one of the best I've ever had and I think they can learn a thing or two from their neighbor. Food very nice and I'd recommend the Spaghetti Carbonara with a side order of fries. I know but one of my favourite Italian dishes. Perfect location for lunch before the opening of Apres Ski Paradis bar a minute walk away. This bar is located maybe 150 meters off the main street but again the loacls will point the way. Watch the timed lights in the toilets and also the steeps steps on entry.

We got here at the end of afternoon siesta and they invited us in to warm up and have a drink even though they were not quite open yet. The staff were very friendly and talkative and recommended good shopping and other things to do in town. It is right next to a little shopping area and the CoOp market so it is really easy to get to. They had a variety of sandwiches, salads, soups and pastas. Everything on the menu was great.
