Chipilín was new to me, and while not my favorite, it was great to try something authentic. To drink, I had a fresh cashew juice that was refreshing and perfectly balanced not too sweet. I ended my meal with a coffee that was simple but really good. The atmosphere is colorful and family friendly, with murals inside and out that make the space feel authentic and full of culture. Parking is small but manageable. There was soft music playing in the background. It was great. I could have a nice conversation with family and enjoy the moment. On Fridays after 7 PM.
