Response to the comment: I messaged at 7:10 AM asking that they contact me before arriving so that I can be downstairs. No response, so by 8:15, yes I cancelled. I am prefer working with communicative companies that show up on time, or notify me when they won't. I scheduled two pickup times with this company. The first was a two-hour window. I reached out after the first hour to let them know that I had no wiggle room beyond the time I booked. It was then that I was told they didn't have enough people to help - only then. They offered to come at 8 AM the next day, but completely ghosted me and didn't show up or contact. Book with someone else because this just isn't a reliable company. read more

I hate to do this, especially since they have some good ratings. Raheem came to assess my project lawn cleanup and hauling of debris. Well he said he would start Saturday and finish Sunday. I was charged 575.00 for his service which I thought was pricy but I agreed. Raheem said his truck and mower was in the shop but he would do the cleanup, get his truck and haul on Sunday. He has not returned to finish and has not returned my call. Bad business, he had no equipment, cut my lawn with a weed Wacker. He was strange acting and I was naive. Trying to get atheist a partial refund. Bottom line, don't pay until the job is complete and make sure the proper equipment is on site. read more

I asked this company to do some work in the community. They came extremely under prepared and under manned. They did not have the equipment to do the job we requested. We requested a giant pile of garden scraps and weeds to be removed. They showed up with 2 people and a pickup. They dug a portion of it by hand and never completed the job. read more

Found this business on Yelp as I asked for quotes for all junk removal services in this area and they were one of the ones who responded. I wasn't sure if I was going to use them as I didn't see any reviews and just one on Google but when I called to schedule service they were so friendly and accommodating to find something that would work within my budget. I think they are a newer company so didn't have reviews yet! I booked very last minute and they were so flexible with scheduling and arrived promptly at the scheduled time and removed all the junk quickly! What a dedicated brother team! I needed a treadmill removed and this team did a difficult job with humor and dedication.

He was one hour late so we went passed the time i had the elevator reserved. He took everything out of my house efficiently but when he was done he tried to charge me more than double of what he had told me. I dont recommend it. read more

Rakeem is a lifesaver. He was one of the companies who contacted me about my clean out request I put out on Yelp!. I contacted him after trying to find a company that would clear my Dad's apartment out on a short notice. Everyone else was going to be a week out appointment but Rakeem came that day at 2pm and after discussing pricing and details, I hired him on the spot. He came back at 5pm that SAME DAY and we both started the clean out. He's so friendly and easy to talk to. He does military discounts and is easy to work with and around.
