The person who took our order was kind and patient. I may make a bold statement that this is the best asian restaurant we have had on our trip to cancun. Broth on its own was very flavorful. Portions are smaller than i am used to, but it made sense for the price. Egg was jammy and marinated with flavor. It was interesting to see sprouts in it but i'll take it. Paitan Ramen - noodles were perfectly cooked. Good umami, not too salty. Balaned.
