2 shrimp and whole bunch of lettuce, could barley taste the aioli

I ordered the shrimp tacos from their food truck today and they are absolutely the worst tacos I've ever had. The wait for shrimp was questionable but I looked past it. Upon receiving my food, off rip, presentation was a turn off as sauce was slipping in the container. I gave it the benefit of the doubt think flavor would save the whole ordeal, i did wait a while and paid $16. Safe to say, I will never order from this establishment again. I paid $16 for a soft shell lettuce taco, after the l first bite that's all that it. Save ya money and eat elsewhere

We had the opportunity to check out El Tlaloc last night at the Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company in Croydon, PA. Side note: NCBC is a super cool spot to hang out. They serve chicken, brisket, and shrimp tacos in sets of 3 ranging from $10-$13. Also offering quesadillas that looked appetizing. The service was phenomenal. The young man was efficient and accommodating. We ordered the brisket, shrimp and pollo, substituting lettuce and tomato for onions, cilantro and salsa verde. The food was done a little too quickly and lacked flavor. Very bland. Their homemade hot sauce ended up saving the day. All in all I wouldn't go back to eat there but it was a decent experience.

I got the check out El Tlaloc last Thursday night after a night in fishtown. Their truck was parked at the corner of Frankford and Girard. There were a few trucks to choose from so I went with this one. They have a pretty simple menu with a variety of tacos. I went with the brisket tacos for $10. First the corn tortilla, I love! I don't think it's a taco unless it's on corn. The brisket was delicious and perfectly cooked. It was also packed full of beef. The cilantro sauce was on point with the onions but I needed more. It needed something to cut the heaviness of the brisket, maybe pickled jalapeños, radish or something. I'm no chef but it was just very heavy. I would give El Tlaloc a solid 3 stars and I can't wait to try other variations of their tacos. FYI their homemade hot sauce is legit.

Brisket tacos, carnitas burrito. Good serving sizes!

BRISKET TACOS. That about sums up this spot. Absolutely delicious tacos, great prices, and friendly service.

three tacoss in a styrofoam container

I'm excited to have tacos so I go to good ol Girard food trucks. I come here and ordered Brisket tacos and Carnitas tacos minus the cilantro spend about 30 bucks. I get home ready to chow down, open the bag and BOOOM super plain tacos. I asked for no cilantro. I guess that means no lettuce no tomatoes no cheese My brother took a bite and we threw them all away Plain tacos are not tacos

This truck is staffed by friendly people. The Carnitas is insanely delicious. The burritos are gigantic and the Nachos are fresh. I can't say enough good things about this Food Truck. If you are on Spring Garden during the day make sure to give El Tlaloc a try.

    Messy, and DELICIOUS.

One week this past summer we went to El Tlaloc when it was in Fishtown 3 times. The tacos are messy (double the corn tortillas for safety) and heavy. Lucky for this taco truck... that's what I LIKE

These guys are the REAL DEAL. Two weeks in a row: outstanding! Great taste, great menu, great value. And nice! Saw them again at #StickManBrews in Royersford. Come back!

This places literally had rows and rows of eateries and places to get treats, snacks, and goodies. It was pretty crowded when we went and I'm not sure if it was because it's been hyped up as a place to visit or because of the No Kings Parade that had just ended around the time that we got there. We went down each and every aisle and I had to resist the temptation to have a second lunch because of all the variety of foods offered, including Filipino food that my husband actually ended up getting food from. We mostly leaned into getting sweets from various booths to enjoy on the way to the airport/at the airport as well as ones to take home to enjoy. I wish I could've brought cheese home, but for sure it wouldn't have lasted or held well. There was a discount with parking at the Hilton if we made a purchase, but couldn't figure that out, so ended up paying full price when exiting the parking structure. Would definitely come back again to actually eat there!

One of the hallmarks of the event is that we break the attendees up in smaller groups for meetings around town. I am so glad I discovered Tomato Catering. First, the food is fresh and delicious. It has that made from scratch with love and care feel. Over the years I have ordered the Nonna's Chicken, the Fajita Bar, Chicken Marsala, the Mediterranean bar, and a bunch of their salads. Our attendees love it. As the event coordinator, the next most important thing aside from taste and quality is meeting dietary needs of our guests. The Tomato Catering team is excellent here. All of their signage is clear and their dressings are vegan and again good. Super helpful. When you speak to their team whether it's Camille at their HQ or Jan at the West Chester location who made the food, they are extremely professional, on it, and and will make sure things are clarified so you never feel worried. We were able to coordinate delivery to each of our locations and their team setup the meals beautifully. Whether you are planning a personal event or a corporate meal like I was, I would absolutely recommend Tomato Catering without any reservations. They will be my first call again next year when we host our event back in West Chester.

As soon as I opened up the adranos, I noticed the sesame seeds were super aromatic coming off the bread. The sandwich itself was delicious although I would have liked slightly more oil & vinegar. The franklin was the favorite of the 3 sandwiches we tried. The turkey was really good and I loved the bacon jam with arugula pairing. The fig pig was also good but a little heavy on the cheese. It was sweeter than the Franklin even though both had jam. The prosciutto was god tier. Really meaty and moist. While I was waiting for my sandwich I noticed 4 other people come in and order the fig pig! The cashier told me that the Franklin is one of the most popular. Service was very friendly and ingredients are fresh & high quality. Inside is small- just a counter to order with the sandwich making station behind it. There's also a small market. There were a couple of small outdoor tables which was nice. I'd come back in a heartbeat.
