THANK GOD one of the workers told me it was okay for me to leave it there until the owner got there, checked my car and he would tell me "what's up". I decided to wait, and of course it was a while because I didn't have an appointment so I understood. Guillermo came told me he was going to see the car and give me a call to tell me how bad it was and the estimated price. A day passed because I wasn't the only client there (duh) and when he called, he gave me all the info. He was honest and told me how things looked but also prepared me if it was going to be worse once he fixed what I broke. Guess what? It was just as he said it was going to be, an easy fix and what I paid was nothing compared to what others charge. Did it take him a couple of days? Yes. Well duh! it was an unexpected job but he did so good and I loved the honesty and straightforwardness. I am recommending him to everyone I know!

When I've been forced to take my car to another shop for X reasons, it is never for that one thing that I get billed for. It's always a phone call telling me how my car need x,y and z and if I don't do it my car will be ruined and burst into flames When I go to PRO Auto I'm not hit with any surprises. I am advised of possible upcoming services it may need and usually am given a suggested time frame for repairs. The shop always looks busy and full and the owner, Guillermo, is always running around like a madman working on vehicles, making calls, negotiating, dealing with customers. He can easily be misunderstood for rude due to his voice and demeanor but in all actuality this man is a hard worker, honest and dependable. From my conversations with him through the years I know they take on a lot of big jobs but they do not neglect or reject customers regardless of how small the job is. For those of us that know the shop and the people, we understand that if you want an oil change, for example, leave your car as soon as it opens and that's that. Bigger jobs have required me to leave my car but I rather leave it and trust that they'll do it RIGHT. Like the shop sign says, "We guarantee fast service no matter how long it takes".

I want to be in a new lease for a new Santa Fe. There should be no problem, right? Well, I explained that one contingency would be that I have one car too many. So what I would like to do is sell them my Kia, turn in my old Santa Fe, and lease a new one. A little bit complex, but still not a big deal and they seemed amenable to this. The first person i dealt with collected a bunch of information. Had me send pictures of all the cars Vin numbers, blah blah blah, which I did. But after two weeks, we did not have any numbers. The whole thing became ridiculous. And they wanted me to run a credit check etc without giving me any sort of numbers to work with numbers like how much they were going to pay me for my existing car, and how much they were going to charge me as a base Price to calculate the new lease. I don't know about you, but if I'm selling a car, I want somebody to tell me how much they're going to pay for it . Similarly if I am going to buy a car. I want them to tell me the Price. They are going to charge me for the car itself (I was not asking for the monthly payment, rather the price of the new car). Well, when we finally spoke on the phone, some sales person hung up on me. When I told him that if they couldn't provide me this information, there was no need for me to run a credit check because I need numbers to work with to evaluate whether or not. I'm getting a good deal. But, the guy hung up on me. I sent a letter to the parent company and all the presidents, BP, etc. Somebody called back from the dealership and we're very apologetic Another flurry of texts went by. However, they would not tell me how much they were planning on paying for my Kia. Nor what they tell me how much they were charging me for the new Santa Fe. I suspect it's because they did not want to give me that information. Of course that's information that I would need to determine whether or not I was making a good deal for myself. I mean maybe they were going to pay me a couple grand less than Carmax. Maybe they were gonna try and charge me sticker Price or above. I don't know and I will never know because they absolutely refused to give me those two pieces of information. What they wanted to do was give me a deal and tell me what my monthly cost would be. But that's not a very good basis for evaluation. If you can't tell me what you're gonna pay me for my car and how much I am going to pay for a new vehicle, you're probably not creating a deal. That's in my best interest. These are bits of information that anybody has a right to know. Oh, and did I mention that this all took place over literally dozens texts over the course of three weeks? What a scammy way to do business. Anybody who won't give you the specifics about a transaction and Tells you just to "trust" them, that you will be satisfied with the deal is not booking out for your best interests. I don't think anybody in this company or their parent company cares very much about what is happening in their sales floor. But if they do, I am more than happy to show them all of the texts.
