Our insurance had us bring one of our vehicles here for some major work. We did not think it would be quick but also didn't think it would take months. Communication is awful and we were given many unfulfilled completion dates. Our check engine light also came on shortly after receiving the car back. Parking is very limited and the office never seems to be open. read more

Did a poor job repairing my car, and then damaged it while in their care. Now they are being difficult and avoiding accountability. Terrible service and poor manners and etiquette. PLACE DESERVES ZERO STARS! Horrible service. Stopped in, nobody was in the office, I hear someone say "Hello? Come over here. Hello?" I walk to an office and found a guy typing on a computer. He halfway looks up at me and says "Yes?" paying more attention to his computer. I explain that I'd like to have someone take a look at my truck and why. He literally never stops typing and doesn't look at me while I'm talking. I stop explaining, there's silence as he types, then he stops and says "Did we already work on your car?" Clearly he hadn't listened to a word I said. I re-explained. He continued typing. Then just said, "Give me a minute." I waited in the lobby for ten minutes. I was about to leave when he finally came out. He didn't say A SINGLE WORD to me. He proceeded to the end of his service counter, where he stapled documents, then, still completely ignoring me, started using the fax machine. I left the office, got in my truck, backed up; he walked out, looked at me and went to another car in the parking lot. He didn't even TRY to stop me. This place SUCKED. The definition of HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I drove one block north to STAN'S Auto Body and received the complete opposite service! Was greeted, even offered me a drink, and had my truck checked out, which took the fellow no more than ten minutes. AVOID TOM'S AT ALL COSTS. Staff is very professional,honest, honorable, talented and highly knowledgeable when it comes to Auto Body Repairs.
