The studio environment is warm, compassionate, and caring, and my daughter made a lot of friends along the way. Once we came to Agape I knew I would have to look NO further. Such a relief! My girls take the petite ballet class with Meredith and she is an absolute gem! We adore her! She's always wearing a smile and is a natural with all of the children. The studio in Aptos is small but nicely laid out with a classy feel. Their prices are reasonable and anytime I have a question, they are quick to provide answers. I hope Agape will be in Aptos for many years to come because they are of great value to the community.

The atmosphere is so fun and creatively charged -- it's the kind of space where you immediately feel free to express yourself and explore movement without judgment. I didn't have any dancing experience prior to this class and Cambell has been such an amazingly supportive and inspiring instructor! She choreographes beautiful moves which are both elegant and intentional. Some of them challenging but that's also what I like about this class -- I get to learn and push my dancing boundaries. She's very supportive and takes time to explain and answer all our questions. We always start with a thoughtful warm-up and stretching session to prep our bodies and prevent injuries, which I really appreciate. It sets a grounded, focused tone for the rest of the class. The group vibe is super positive too -- everyone is supportive and uplifting, and there's a real sense of community.

I probably can't do anything anyway, I have the upper body strength of a squirrel" and by the end of the first Pole 1 class with Razz, I was signing up for classes twice a week. Small group environment, so it doesn't feel like there's all these eyes on you if you're getting through being self conscious. And everyone else in my classes are so nice and hype each other up! Different age ranges and body types, making it all the more better to show that anyone can do it. What an amazing environment the instructors here provide. I definitely recommend to any one of any exercise level!!
