Like that right there feels weird!! The broker also mentioned not to call my bank to get my money back either.. It was mentioned, If i qualify it will be used as a down payment towards the fees.. but still. I personally wasn't comfortable with giving $1k for an "application". Like i have never heard of this.. especially this day in age. if it looks like a scam, feels like a scam... ITS A SCAM!

There were claims that his site is inaccurate and that they don't know what those postings are or they aren't up to date. That isn't exactly my problem. We were told that he would get back to us in a few days, and its been a few weeks going on a month and we still haven't heard from him. And this site telling me that the response time is around 20 mins is absurd. Youre 20 mins late 3.5 weeks ago. Website - epitome of laziness and lack of professionalism. If you dont want my money, ill take my business elsewhere.

When emails were sent about repairs for the leak in my bathroom, they were ignored and even if I had hot water, I wouldn't have been able to use my bathroom anyways. I've had to seek private legal counsel, and go through NYC housing court and others to attempt to get any help. Avoid any properties being managed by them, as they don't seem to care enough to do anything but collect your rent.
