The shelves are stocked and with intention. I normally wouldn't comment on this, but it's so noticeable. The people are amazing and seem genuinely happy to be there. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and the employees I needed help from were warm, invested, and beyond helpful. And the nursery... It's perfect. So much beauty, so much care. We've brought home several gorgeous, healthy plants. It's so nice being in this store that we frequently find reasons to buy from them. My husband said that Ace was "built on a single screw". Several years ago I did the same thing. I bought bushes and a few plants at that time After twice now, I won't buy any more there. My son in law goes to the Barn Nursery and has had great success. So, I will go there from now on. Besides, Ace is too high. If you need something quick it's fine but I can go elsewhere and get things cheaper and the quality is just as good.

Rude people!!! In…read morethe store hunting around for a product, and pass at least 4 different store associates and no one offers assistance. I see a manager, Brenda, and walk up to her. In the middle of my question, another customer walks up. She stops listening to me, and asked the other customer if she could help her. I'm like no, this just didn't happen. When I finally get to ask for a product, I'm told it's upfront somewhere in a bin. I search and finally locate the bin in my own, but now there's no pricing. I take a sample to the checkout line and start asking the cashier for a price. Brenda now comes up front, and interrupted me once again, and says they are out back. Or small bags on an aisle. Now for another search mission. Finally found it. Back to the checkout with now one register and 7 people in line. Finally when I am 2 away, another cash register opens. Cashier asks if I want a bag for my goods. Of course I do, but since she asked such a dumb question, I carry my 3 items on my chest to my car. Service assistance hit the rock bottom at this store.
