One employee really stood out for me and that was the young man Michael who put the shelf on a flat bed cart for me and waited patiently while I stood in a super line line. He was so kind in helping me get it into the van that I would have tipped him had it been allowed. Today was a crazy day at all the stores I went to (not sure why it looked like the last days before Christmas!) Michael was a joy and the shelf is just what I wanted.
