I did that but as I was walking towards the security guy he was already muttering what sounded like bad words and he seemed annoyed or stressed. He yanked my bag open and threw my receipt in as he sighed and practically disregarded me. Funnily enough a man after me he greeted with total respect and even eye contact as he walked out of the store with a farewell to him and only him. Either way, he was very unpleasant, rude, disrespectful, and had an arrogant demeanor about him that was just unprofessional as a whole. I understand the need to maybe seem "intimidating" as you are working security, however the blatant sexism and complete lack of respect is just uncalled for and quite frankly offensive and gross. Bad days are understandable but even I don't put out my personal feelings or negative attitudes on customers, let alone strangers. I hope Ross or the management team are aware of his behavior and maybe bring in people more professional and respectful on as security, because that interaction was ridiculous, enraging, and flat out unacceptable.

Part was said to be in stock in one day two days later no updates. Staff have no clue what's going on and can't answer any questions cause they don't know the answer and nor do the managers on duty. Went to the store and called the store today because of lack of communication from both STIHL and Ace Hardware. This is not my preferred dealer for parts for this brand and I would not have ordered had stihl not forced me to to find the product I wanted. Sterling May is a much better stihl dealer but is not an option for online delivery for this item a simple weed eater deflector kit. Would never buy anything power equipment related from this store ever again the lack of customer service is astounding. I used to stock shelves as a second job for OSH at this same location and service was much much better though we weren't a stihl dealer. But Ace shouldn't be either I know more about their power equipment than their salesman that was trying to sell me stuff while I looked at trimmer line which is also lack luster. So I suggested the woodland location. We walked in and was greeted by Kristopher. He was super friendly and was ready to answer any question we possibly had. Of course when you walk into a place like this it can be very intimidating sometimes, especially when you don't know what to buy or if you're technically buying the right thing. When buying a mattress it is an investment for yourself and for the next 10-20 years as well. So he explained to us what the different firmness and colour coding meant. He asked what kinda bed we had, plus what kind of firmness we were looking for and of course we kinda knew but was unsure. And that's when he took us all around the showroom to try each and every single bed and to explain the difference between each and every single one to the full extent and very detailed as well. He even grabbed a different pillows for us to try with our testing. After close to an hour with us we had asked if we were done here and I loved his answer, he had said "do you want to be? Cause we can just keep going". Hubbs said we needed 10 mins and we needed to talk it over. Well we went next door to have a drink and discussed it over we're gone for at least another 45 mins. And overall we ended up going with one of the most expensive ones there without even looking at the price tag. I love that they had a deal going on and it was a zero down and zero interest for up to 72 months. It was also get a king size bed for a queen size price with a free adjustable base protective case and two pillows. If you're looking for a new mattress definitely go see our guy there he will do you hella good.
