She went over everything with me and showed me the earrings. It was way too plain for me and the only downfall - they don't have a good variety to choose from in stock. If you wan't rhinestones/more bling or a specific style, etc., you'll need to order it with her, wait for it to come in and then go back to get your piercing. With the fact that I have been contemplating getting this piercing done for a long time, I knew I was ready to get it done right then and there..but also wanted something with bling. Lucky for me, Shannon was able to find an earring with a "little" bling and told me it was available since the person who ordered it, after a month or so, never came back. I decided to go for it and so glad I did. I did tell Shannon to not show me the needle she was going to use or anything because I'd probably run out of the room lol Shannon was very informative; told me everything she was doing, step by step. She was very clean, very nice and super gentle. It happened so quickly with one deep breath. After she was done, she went over in detail on clean/care instructions. Not only is it extremely clean and sanitary, but the artists are talented... REALLY talented. The shop is tucked away in South Jersey, but don't let that deter you Philly residents. The staff was incredibly friendly and they are very diligent in their informative videos for after piercing care. They have a number you can text with questions at any time. My daughter didn't cry or complain at all during the piercing. She said she barely felt it. Rather than a punch gun like places in the mall, they use sterile needles which are much less painful. Her ears didn't bleed barely at all and they felt completely back to normal within a few days. Definitely recommended.

Tabby (the sweet lady at the front desk) was also very helpful in talking me through what a daith was going to feel like, making the experience much smoother. I'll keep it succinct- The guy who was supposed to do the work was clearly high on something. He was stumbling, had slurred and disjointed speech, etc. I should have walked out right then, but against my better judgement and due to a time crunch, I stayed hoping he'd be able to get the job done. Needless to say, it was pretty unpleasant. He did a pretty good number on my nose, more blood and discomfort than there ever should have been (aka, none. The piercing is over a year old and was not bleeding prior to this). To boot, while he was trying (and failing) to get the temporary stud in, the guy drooled on my shoulder. Yes, you read that right- Drooled on me. At the end of this experience, the hoop was removed and the temporary stud was put in backwards at my request because it was pretty apparent that the guy was not going to be able to get it in from the inside. Figured I'd cut my losses. I let the owner know and he told me that the guy was coming from getting a tooth pulled, and might have still been impacted by anesthesia. Extending the benefit of the doubt... maybe that was the case. But regardless, a tattoo artist or piercer should not be working on clients when impaired to the extent that they can't maintain their balance and they're drooling on clients. On a positive note, I can say that the owner was very pleasant to speak with and was very receptive to the feedback I gave after I left; he seemed genuinely concerned and said he'd go check on the guy. That said, there are far better places to get work done.

This place is HUGE!…read more I stopped in last minute to get a tattoo on my foot and there was almost no wait. I worked with Emil Dz who quickly drew up my tattoo and did the entire thing in 15/20 minutes. He gave me great advice on placement and was gentle the entire time. Super friendly and I got a GREAT price. Absolutely fantastic, would come back and work with him again.
