Also, they indicated that I was 30 days overdue on a bill, but after calling insurance, Insurance said that Ageless never sent the invoice to them. They said they would gladly pay once they receive the invoice. And to add insult to injury, they added a finance charge to another the first invoice they sent me.

The management in this spa couldn't care less about your safety or you as a person in general. You are simply a wallet with legs that they're looking to gather their fee from and hustle through the turnstile.) Staff turnover is rampant- as is client turnover. I've been there several times- then found a REAL therapist who actually cares about their clients and listens to my needs- not someone who spends 3 minutes pretending to listen and then does as they please. No good massage therapists work here any longer than they have to- mainly because you can't work here AND care about your clients/give them the quality they're paying their hard earned money for. This place is a joke... Trying to make a place APPEAR nice in no way means that the management OR staff are caring or competent... Each time I had a different therapist, and yet the massages were all the same (way too rough- I felt like I'd been hit with a bag of rocks for several days afterward each time and had my muscles forcefully "cracked" with deep elbow strokes despite informing the therapist that I DON'T LIKE FEELING BEAT UP AFTER A SESSION). The therapist told me herself that she "loves really digging in there and getting at those muscles". Again, despite my requests to both the reception staff AND the massage therapists, only one actually listened- and, like all the good caring ones, she left and opened her own practice less than a year later (which, incidentally, is how it usually works out. Good therapists just plain don't stay here more than a year). They also employ therapists that can't even pass their State Board Exams- and have them working the front desk and giving people recommendations on treatments, products, which therapists are "good"... WHY would they continue to employ people who prove themselves to be incompetent & ignorant in the most obvious & formal way possible?? Because they can't keep good help, and because no decent massage therapist wants to work there. If you like paying your hard-earned dollars to be ignored, beat up, and generally receive bottom-of-the-barrel "service", this is the pit for you!

When I found Tamara at RASA SPA it was game over -- for both myself and my son. We are regulars! We both enjoy massages once per month. How can I describe Tamara and her massage services? Tamara is welcoming and kind - but that is only the beginning. Even though she knows me well, Tamara still asks me at every session how I am feeling and "what do "I" want to work on today"? Tamara adjusts each session to my needs, the pressure, the movements, the temperature, the lighting and most importantly, pays attention to my mood state and whether or not I need to chat or want silence. I am not the easiest client - things hurt, my neck isn't always comfortable and Tam will do everything she can to make sure I am OK. I don't have words to describe how wonderful this experience has been for me and for my son. We regularly purchase multiple packages so we can take advantage of the "buy 5 get one free" specials, so we always have a massage on the schedule. Ahhhh! This is not something that happens in a day. Or a week. Or a month. This is just neglectful. In an environment promoting health and vitality...ceilings are peeling in showers. I had an absolutely horrific experience with Natalie. She was incredibly rude, literally yelled angrily at me at one point, and insisted I buy $300 in supplements from their office, even some I already have. It gets worse. She/her staff didn't reveal that there was a $95 monthly 'maintenance fee' until after I had the initial consult, did blood labs, had a follow up consult to go over labs, and was transferred to the front desk to pay (a HIPAA violation in not being transparent about that fee prior to my appointment). When I asked why the fee, they said "to go over future lab results/make recommendations", however, after a 6 week follow up after starting the new hormone/supplement regime, they admitted I'd only need to do labs every 6 months. So I'd be paying $570 every 6 months for 1 consult?? I also paid $150 for the consult I'd just had, but then there was another $95 fee?? They asked me several times if I wanted to bill insurance for my labs or pay through their office (which seemed very odd) without explaining that they ordered my blood draw at Quest Labs at my request (a participating provider on my insurance) but had them processed elsewhere (I'm still trying to find out if that lab is on my insurance), or that one test can cost "thousands of dollars" if not covered, and that they have "a deal" with this other lab, so not using insurance could cost me less (another HIPAA violation in not explaining this to me prior to having my labs done) until I called the office back to tell them how upset I was at the way I was treated by Natalie. At that point their staff member tried to excuse her yelling by saying "another patient was there making a lot of background noise, so Natalie raised her voice". When I reminded her that discussing my medical care in front of another patient was a HIPAA violation (#3!), she tried to backpedal and said "the patient *probably* couldn't hear what Natalie was saying". Natalie would barely let me get a word in during our consult as I tried to explain my allergies to certain medications and supplements, and other pertinent points re: my medical history. When I insisted she let me speak, that's when she began to yell. I've never been so poorly treated by a member of the medical community. I plan to file a complaint with the Medical Board. Meanwhile, others need to know what kind of treatment they'll face with this horrible woman, their dishonesty, and the way they try to milk people for money. I would give less than 1 star if it was an option.

The facility is decorated beautifully and is clean and all staff I encountered was polite and professional. My massage therapist was Kelly and she was excellent and extremely knowledgeable.
