I enjoyed excellent service from Claire and a truly exceptional meal consisting of the Scramble (duck egg, ramps, fingerling potatoes, and topped with crispy potato chips), Country Pate (toast points, stone ground mustard, pickled collard green stems and carrots, and fennel), and Smoked Ribs (corn bread with thyme butter and collard greens)! I loved the vibe of the place, which made it seem like a casual bar with decent bar food. The cornbread wasn't moist, but also wasn't dry, and it had the crumbly texture one looks for in cornbread. I did not expect to taste collard greens this good in Neenah. The Scramble was absolutely perfect! You can tell from the photo how perfectly the duck eggs were cooked. There were fluffy and flavorful, and they were served over sliced fingerling potatoes, and then topped with crispy housemade potato chips. I wanted to order more, but I was satisfied, and it was getting late. I still had a 90 minute drive back home and work the next morning. If you're anywhere Neenah, I highly recommend you eat here!
