I went back into the smoke shop and asked to scan the box to verify if it was real and on the elf bar website it popped up as an imitation (fake). I asked for a refund and the guy I talked to told me "your lips touched it I can't refund you" (I understand that if it's a legit vape and there's nothing wrong with it, but this was not the case). I then asked to speak to the lady who sold them to me (she was extremely kind the entire time) and she was understanding and I explained the differences of my real elfbar I had prior and the fake, she then told the guy to call their manager. He came back out and told me that the manager said they would refund me the money but that I was no longer allowed there. I did nothing, I didn't cause a scene, I was extremely calm the entire time and never once was rude about being sold a fake.
