Today I…read morewent to buy a tank for my off stamp Battery, I showed the kid working the night shift the battery and told him I need a tank/cartridge for my battery I showed it to him and he knew what they were as he went right to them. I paid and left, when I opened the package I saw that it was the wrong size, I am not a professional when it comes to vape product I expect the sales person to be able to sell me the correct product as there is no way for me to see the cartridge it comes in a sealed foil pack. I went back in and explained to him, I was very nice about it, I told him I'm sorry but you sold me the wrong one he says he didn't sell m ethe wrong one he didn't even know what I had ??? He absolutely knew, he was just being Lazy I guess and chose not to look close enough at the battery I handed to him. He wouldn't offer to exchange it for the right size and said I opened it and that was it, I didn't feel like arguing so I left. I won't return to the store except for one time, I Plan to go back when the owner is there and see if he will exchange it, If he does I will update this review if not it will be left as is!

This store is right near my Smith's grocery store & Goodwill. I had just left my dentist office a 1/2 mile away, saw their flag/banners on the street, quickly pulling into the strip mall area. I walked in just to check out the store & see if they have my information (loyalty numbers) from the other store. I was greeted immediately by Kayla with a smile & a great attitude. She looked up my data & stated she has my loyalty points/purchase history. She had the items I normally purchase in stock, but also suggested some different items I might also like. Sucked me right in, I had to try them. Bought 2 types. That is great customer service skills. Jeremey came in even recognized me from the other store.
