We got 5-star service from the team that came out; they installed fan speed switches, added outlets, updated electrical to our summer kitchen, put up lights in a bedroom without any and even set up a ghost switch in our closet for a hard-to-reach light switch. Extra stars - I had to cancel on the team on our scheduled appointment because I went into labor. When we finally rescheduled, they brought me a onesie for our little guy! They scammed me out of $2200 by saying I needed a new electrical panel when it was quite clear (as later diagnosed by the INTERNET PROVIDER) all I actually needed was a call to FPL to have them fix an open neutral wire, which was free, and did fix all the issues. They sent a new dude who hacked my siding and when confronted about it, they promised to fix it twice but no call/no showed. After confronting Robert about their negligence and predatory tactics regarding the unfinished job and the missed open neutral wire, he agreed they must have "missed that" and promised to refund my money over the course of two weeks, but then reneged on that promise and just blocked my calls. The WORST PART of it, was that after replacing the panel they assured me my house was safe and no longer a fire hazard for my kids however when Spectrum came to repair their equipment they advised they wouldn't touch anything as my home was "an extreme fire hazard and in immediate risk of burning down until FPL comes out". FPL confirmed this should have been obvious to any Electeician and was in fact such an extreme fire risk. Don't trust these unprofessional unqualified scammers! After the new panel didn't fix ANYTHING they were gonna have me spend almost $3K more and start ripping up my ceiling, chasing made up problems.

The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. I called Monday afternoon for an estimate to install a Tesla charger, and just one hour later, Nelson was at my home. I received a very reasonable estimate and was able to schedule the installation for only two days later. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Chris did a fantastic job getting all the paperwork together for the permit and keeping everything moving. On installation day, Nelson arrived right on time and even contacted me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Nelson is a true professional and expert at what he does.
