Our ceiling fan wouldn't turn on when we came home from a trip. Max Electrical has great reviews on Yelp so I contacted them using their contact form on the website. I was surprised when he called me within the hour and set up the day and time for trouble shooting. The electrician, Joey, came exactly on time and we even knew he was coming because they send you a notice via text that shows the exact location of the truck en route. Joey is a very friendly guy, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went straight to the fan and explained all the possible problems with these DC ceiling fans. Turns out the remote needs to be working before the fan comes on and no, I'm not a total idiot. Joey certainly didn't make me feel that way anyway. I had put fresh batteries in the remote but I didn't know you had to reprogram it when it loses power for a period of time. I highly recommend this company. The customer service is outstanding and the electricians (at least ours was) awesome. read more

Late last week I contacted Jessie about 4-5 different items that we needed repaired as well as installing can lights. This was my first time working with MES and today I had the pleasure of meeting Jessie and his colleague Michele whom were both friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Jesse Rampersad the electrician who came to my home today was one of the most incredible professionals I have had ever the pleasure to employ. He contacted me from my query on Line for an electrician to install chandeliers in my new home. He was polite on the phone quoted a very competitive price. He arrived on time and gave me a call 1/2 hour prior to his arrival When he examined my chandeliers, he saw that my mover had neglected to pack parts that were integral to the installation. He immediately offered to go to get what I needed and came back with everything from a supply store. Even then, it was difficult because the wires on one chandelier wneeded to be fixed. He did this and the installation beautifully. He did not even request extra payment which he richly deserved due to the extra effort and time my job entailed! I am new to the city of Orlando and am fortunate to have chosen such a fabulous electrician. I have worked with many installers and electricians throughout the many homes I have lived in.
