These jerks tried to walk into my apartment, the wrong apartment, twice in a week... and continued to try to come in when the dog was barking. Opened the door, to ask what was going on, just to be waived off like it was no big deal, the first time. The second time, they indicated they needed to change the breakers in the apartment, which was never to me by the front office. I work from home and the guy wanted me to just turn everything off, like it was no big deal. I understand that this was not their problem, but I had no way to just stop working. I went to the office to complain they complex didn't inform me (nothing new for the complex), but I told them to tell the workers to be back between 12:30 and 1:30, when I was on lunch. I spoke with Jose, and he sent his team out who found that "NO WIRES" had been cut but that only the ground wiring needed securing. His price was fair and reasonable. The pic needs to be updated because it is confusing but don't let that fool you. I had 7 different companies give me estimates for a complete home rewire. I found this company in my neighborhood newsletter so I thought they must be reliable. I had the best experience! Not only was Joe (owner) the lowest bid but his guys had partial electric restored the same night they started the work, full power on in 4 days, and job completed in 5!!!! Other companies told me I would have major wall damage and be completely without electric for min. of 10 days to 2 weeks. Not only did we get a great priced but we saved a ton on hotel bills. His workers were a joy to have around the house, great personalities, clean-super clean, and professional. Bruce, the foreman, ran his crew like a real team and was very knowledgeable. I had very minor wall damage for what I expected and the guys cleaned up as they moved around the house to minimize and contain insulation fiberglass debris.
