After only 1500 miles the…read moreleft front bearing lock nut came loose causing the wheel to be held on by the breaks while driving 70 mph down the freeway pulling tandem trailers. After getting it repaired at a dealership, they confirmed the work performed by Point S was poor quality and we were lucky to have gotten off the road before the wheel fell off. We went back to Point S for compensation for the repair and a refund for the original work. After talking with the shop manager and the owner, they paid for the dealership repair however they felt our lives were not worth the $690 amount of the original work performed by them.

Beware!!! My husband and I took our cars here and they have cost us so much money for the…read morerepercussions of them touching our cars. They lost his powers tearing cap which they should not of touched. We confronted them about it and they took no responsibility and swore they did not touch it. I latter discovered my power steering fluid was almost completely empty. My oil was also a bit low and needed a quart... after an oil change... coolant was low in both vehicles, washer fluid was low. My husband air filter, one clip was off and it was wet on that side and filthy so clearly they did not check it as it badly needed replacing. They suck!! I have air in my power steering and need to take it in now to Mini in Utah so that it can be fixed right as I've not found a local mechanic that knows mini's. I've never had an issue with getting my oil changed before. Do not take your car here unless your board and need extra bills and your car to be suddenly unreliable after.

The next week when the technition came to install it and was unsuccessful he left the equipment and an invoice that was much higher than the original quote. Five months later the technition came and picked up the useless equipment and Sound Source sent an invoice for labor! The equipment was never installed or used. I have contacted the BBB and will NEVER go back or reccomend Sound Source to anyone. To charge someone for an unsuccessful install after giving quote AND having the never used equipment returned doesn't even make sense! They cut up the old speakers without my permission, then didn't fix the issue and couldn't put my old speakers back in cus they where cut up. they then tried to charge me $220 plus $50 to hold the appointment. as well as left dings and dents on my interior of my brand new car and refused to acknowledge their mistakes. thru this whole ordeal we where extremely respectful and they where very rude. will not be returning. and don't recommend this business to anyone.
